The Pilbara may be known for its ancient red landscapes and rugged beauty, but it is also home to an extraordinary diversity of birdlife.
Living and photographing in North West Western Australia has given me the opportunity to spend time observing and photographing birds in their natural environment — from colourful parrots and Rainbow Bee-eaters to waterbirds, coastal species and the many birds that thrive within this remote landscape.
