Australia's coastlines, wetlands and waterways provide a remarkable variety of habitats for birds, from elegant waders and waterbirds to pelicans, terns and other species found along our shores.

I love photographing the quieter moments within these environments — a bird reflected in still water, a flock moving across the shoreline or the beautiful shapes and patterns created as birds take flight.
